Body
(knit in rounds)
Cast on 8 stitches and divide between 4 needles. Knit 1 round.
Inc 1 x 8 times by knitting 2 stitches into one.
Knit 1 round.
*Knit 1, inc1L, knit to last stitch, inc1R, knit 1* repeat rest of 3 needles;
Knit 1 round.
Repeat this until you have 16 stitches on one needle ending with last increase round.
Knit 16 rounds.
*Knit 1, k2tog, knit to last 3 stitches, ssk, knit 1* repeat rest of 3 needles;
Knit 1 round.
Repeat this until you have 6 stitches on one needle. Stuff and continue with the head (do
not fasten off).
Head
(knit in rounds)
*Knit 1, inc1L, knit to last stitch, inc1R, knit 1* repeat rest of 3 needles;
Knit 1 round.
Repeat this until you have 12 stitches on one needle ending with last increase round.
Knit 12 rounds.
*Knit 1, k2tog, knit to last 3 stitches, ssk, knit 1* repeat rest of 3 needles;
Knit 1 round.
Repeat this until you have 4 stitches on one needle. Using soft filling – stuff head when
you have 6 stitches on one needle and continue.
Scarf
(knit back and forth)
Cast on 6 stitches and knit all rows until desired length. Cast off. (I alternated colors –
2 rows with red and 2 rows with white)
Hat
(knit back and forth)
Cast on 38 stitches.
Knit 10 rows of 2:2 ribbing (knit 2, purl 2).
2 rows of Stockinette.
k2, ssk, k to last 4 sts, k2tog, k2;
3 rows of Stockinette
Repeat 16 times.
k1, ssk, k2tog, k1.
Cut yarn, sew sides together and sew on to the head.
Hands
(knit back and forth)
make 2
Cast on 10.
10 rows of Stockinette.
Cast off leaving enough for sewing.
Little stuffing and sew onto snowman.
Bag
(knit in rounds)
Cast on 32 stitches. Knit 25 rounds.
*k2, YO, k2tog* to end.
Knit 5 rounds and cast off.
Sew on buttons and make a face (I’m bad at making faces so I’m not showing you that).
I love this Snowman!! So cute.. hope I can get one finished in time, so many patterns, so little time.. nah.. I’ll make time to finish the gifts and the ornaments. Thank you so much..

what sixe needles and yearn.
I used DROPS Baby Merino and size 3mm needles, but I don’t think it that important. Use your favourite yarn and recommended needles for that yarn.
